J30 Series Micro Rectangular Electric Connector

This series meets the requirements of Q/TM 20095-2007 "detail norms of J30 series micro rectangular electric connector".

Structure characteristic

1. This series adopts plastic shell, equivalent to MD series of America.

2. This series adopts stranded wire type elastic pin. The contacts are high in density. The spacing of contacts is 1.27mm and the spacing of rows is 1.1mm.

3. This series meets the requirements of Q/TM 20095-2007 ”detail norms of J30 series micro rectangular electric connector”.

Products series

This series includes specifications of 9-core, 15-core, 21-core, 25-core, 31-core, 37-core and 51-core. It’s composed of J30 compressing connection series, J30 welding connection series, J30 straight insertion PCB series and J30 bent insertion PCB series.

J30 compressing connection series:

The connection type of contact elements and wires is compressing connection type, applying to wires of which cores’ cross section areas are 0.1mm2, 0.12mm2, 0.14mm2 or 0.15mm2.

J30 welding connection series:

The connection type of contact elements and wires is welding connection type.

J30 straight insertion PCB series:

This series is divided into two types according to PCB’s net spacing: type N and type N1. The net spacing of type N is 2.54×1.6(line×row) and type N1 is 2.54×2.54(line×row).

J30 bent insertion PCB series:

This series is divided into two types according to PCB’s net spacing: type W and type W-J. The net spacing of type W is 2.54×2.54(line×row) and type W-J is 1.27×2.54(line×row).
